Fuse #9 in the passenger compartment fuse box #1 is resposible for the cigar lighter.

Fuse box #1
Located under the dashboard on the driver’s side.
To get access remove the lid. Put finger in the notch on the lid, pull it toward, and take it out of its hinges.
