1. Notification of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

  • Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the exact URL(s) or specific location on the Website where the material is found.
  • Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Submitting Your Notice

Please submit your formal Copyright Infringement Notice to our designated Copyright Agent via email at:

Email: admin@car-box.info

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include the prompt removal of the disputed content or disabling access to it. We will also make a good faith attempt to notify the user or contributor who uploaded the material, if applicable.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice with our designated agent. A valid Counter-Notice must be a written communication containing the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the specific URL or location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

If a valid Counter-Notice is received, we may send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, car-box.info has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access privileges of any users, commenters, or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.

5. False Claims and Misrepresentations

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA and similar international statutes, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
