Fuse #23 in the driver's side fuse box is resposible for the cigar lighter and 12V power socket.

Located next to the air cleaner housing on the driver’s side.
To access, remove the left-side engine compartment panel.
And then remove cover.

Fuse box #1 from the driver's side
Located on the driver’s side under the dashboard.
To access, turn the knob on the undercover one-quarter turn and pull the front of the panel down to remove it from the dashboard.
