Fuse F25 in the interior fuse box is responsible for the front cigarette lighter and power socket.
In the engine compartment
Located on the driver's side, behind the plastic cover. For aceess, squeeze the clips on the plastic cover and lift it straight up.

In the passenger compartment
Located on the driver's side, behind the instrument panel. To access, remove the panel, starting at the top. When clips are disengaged, the tabs along the bottom of the door can be disengaged from the instrument panel to remove the door.
