Audi A3 / S3 (8V; 2012–2020) fuses and relays

The Audi A3 is a compact family car produced by the German automaker since 1996. The third generation was manufactured from 2012 to 2020, receiving a mid-cycle facelift in 2016. In this article, we take a detailed look at the fuse box diagrams for the third-generation Audi A3 / S3 (8V: 8V1 / 8VS / 8VA / 8V7) model years 2012 through 2020.


Below you will find the fuse panel locations, diagrams, and photos. The fuses responsible for the “Cigarette Lighter” and “Fuel Pump” are highlighted in bold.

In the Passenger Compartment

Location of the passenger compartment fuse box on a left-hand drive vehicle
On left-hand drive (LHD) models, the fuse box is located on the driver’s side behind the lower dashboard cover. On right-hand drive (RHD) models, it is located behind the glove box.

Can you please tell me which fuse controls the Windscreen Washer Pump on an Audi 8V 2018 model? I can’t see it listed here nor in my car owner’s handbook.

I also note that you have both Fuse 15 and Fuse 20 in the engine bay marked as Farkop (which I assume is the Horn). My Audi handbook only shows that as Fuse 15 but doesn’t list Fuse 20.
