The sixth generation of the BMW 5 Series was introduced in November 2009. Designations include F10 for the sedan, F11 for the Touring (station wagon), and F07 for the Gran Turismo (fastback/liftback). Externally, the vehicle aligns with BMW’s established corporate design language and shares its platform with the 7 Series (F01). Over its production lifecycle, it received one major facelift (LCI). Below you will find the locations, diagrams, and photographs of the power distribution boxes. Fuses for the “Cigarette Lighter” and “Fuel Pump” are highlighted in bold.
In the Engine Compartment
The electrical protective components are located on the right side of the engine bay. This box houses the DDE (Digital Diesel Electronics) relay K2085 along with fuses for the electromechanical power steering and engine control electronics.
In the Passenger Compartment
The power distribution box is located in the glove compartment behind the access panel.

The luggage compartment (trunk) houses three fuse distribution boxes along with individual relay modules.
Main Trunk Fuse Box
The main power distribution unit and auxiliary fuse block are located behind the trim panel on the right side of the trunk.

The battery is located beneath the trunk floor lining. Mounted on the positive battery terminal is a pre-fuse holder containing high-power fusible links.

Hi guys I need help.i have bmw 520d f07 .my problem is parking brake not working at all I even change the actuator and parking switch but doing the same it seems like it doesn't have power the switch i checked fuses they are good
