The second-generation X3 retains the styling philosophy of its predecessor, though the crossover grew slightly in size, adding 12 mm of ground clearance and extending the wheelbase by 15 mm. In the engine compartment
The power distribution box is located on the left side of the engine compartment.
Several relay modules are located here, including those for trailer towing equipment. The general layout is shown above.
In the passenger compartment
The power distribution box is located behind the glove box.
To access the panel, it is recommended to remove the glove box after removing the retaining screws located at the bottom and front.

Fuses #1, 54, 65, 143, 144, 171, and 176 supply power to the cigarette lighter / 12 V sockets. Note that several of these fuses are located in the luggage compartment.
In the luggage compartment
The power distribution box is located on the right side of the luggage compartment behind the side trim panel.
