Fuses and relays Kia Picanto / Morning (SA), 2003–2011

The Picanto is a city car manufactured by Kia Motors. Designed by specialists in Rüsselsheim, Germany—where its diesel engine was also developed—the model is sold in Asian markets as the Kia Morning. In this article, we provide detailed fuse box diagrams and relay panel layouts for the first-generation Kia Picanto / Morning (SA series, model years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011).

Below are the component locations and layout diagrams for the distribution boxes. Fuses assigned to the “Cigarette Lighter” and “Fuel Pump” circuits are highlighted in bold for convenience.

Overview of component locations.

Main Fuse

On gasoline (petrol) engine models, the main power fuse is a fusible link mounted directly on the positive battery terminal.
