Fuses #53, #53 and #55 in the lower passenger compartment block are responsible for cigar lighters.
In the passenger compartment
The first block is located in the upper glovebox. To access, open the glove box and remove the panel at the back.
The second block is located behind of the lower glovebox. To access, open the lower glove box, pinch the top of the support stays and down it into the footwell.
