The “second” Lexus RX, which appeared in 2003, features a redesigned body, in which, according to the developers, sporty aspirations are emphasized by coupe styling elements and contribute to an excellent drag coefficient (0.32). The chassis and engine mounts were redesigned to achieve the lowest vibration levels in the segment. New adaptive xenon headlights were developed for the car, and LED lights were installed at the rear.
