Astra is a compact car designed and produced by the German company Adam Opel AG since 1991. It is a continuation of the Opel Kadett model line, started back in 1962. In this article, we will take a detailed look at the fuse box diagrams for the Opel / Vauxhall Astra (second generation; index G) 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 model years.
Here you will find the locations and photos of distribution boxes. The fuses responsible for the “Cigarette lighter” and “Fuel Pump” are highlighted in bold.
In the underhood
There are 2 blocks in the underhood: one with fuses and one with relays.

In the passenger compartment
The distribution box is located on the driver's side under the dashboard, behind the glove box.
To access it, squeeze the side panels, lower the glovebox completely and detach it. Then turn the screws 90° degrees and remove the holder. The variations of the unit version depend on the year of manufacture.
