The third Prius, which literally means “go early” in Latin, is once again demonstrating excellence by offering innovative technologies to reduce the car's fuel needs and protect the environment. In this generation Prius, although it remained the same five-door hatchback, but due to improved aerodynamic characteristics (the value of the drag coefficient was reduced to 0.25) and at the same time by 90% of the updated hybrid system, it provided the highest performance and economy - on one liter of gasoline it can now drive 32.6 kilometers. Moreover, everything in it is aimed not only at reducing the need for fuel, but also at attracting third-party energy sources. For example, a solar panel built into the sunroof of the new Prius converts the sun's energy into electricity.
