The second generation BMW X1 made its debut in September 2015 in Francourt and Tokyo. Unlike the previous generation, the car was equipped with front-wheel drive sDrive. In May 2019, a restyled LCI variant was unveiled. In September 2019, a plug-in xDrive25e model was shown. In this material we will understand in detail the fuse box diagrams of BMW X1 (second generation; body brands F48 / F49; modifications sDrive18i, sDrive20i, xDrive20i, xDrive25i, xDrive28i, xDrive25e Hybrid, sDrive16d, sDrive18d, sDrive20d and xDrive25d) 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 model years.
Here you will find the location and photos of distribution boxes. The fuses responsible for the “Cigarette lighter” and “Fuel Pump” are highlighted in bold.
In the engine compartment
Here you will find three fuse boxes for the protection of the vehicle's electrical circuits.
Integrated power module
This is a maintenance-free unit with integrated fuses and relays. If one of these is faulty, the unit should be completely replaced.
