Fuses and relays Ford Mondeo Mk3 (CD132), 2000–2007

The third-generation Ford Mondeo Mk3 ( CD132 platform) was produced from 2000 through 2007 in sedan, station wagon, and hatchback body styles with both petrol and diesel engine options. This series underwent major design and technical revisions compared to its predecessors, featuring a larger and more rigid chassis. 

This guide details the fuse and relay box locations, photographs, and wiring diagrams for the Ford Mondeo Mk3. The fuse assigned to the “Cigarette lighter” is highlighted in bold. The locations of all electronic control units (ECUs) are also listed below.

This fuse and relay box (Battery Junction Box) is located on the left side of the engine compartment, adjacent to the headlight assembly, under a protective plastic cover.

Fuse F68 (15 A) powers the Ford Mondeo Mk3 cigarette lighter / power socket.

Additional standalone inline fuses: a 7.5 A fuse integrated into the multimedia module and a 3 A fuse for the CD changer, located beneath the front passenger seat.
