Table of Contents
The VW Touran is a 5- or 7-seater compact MPV. The first generation was produced with petrol and diesel engines from 2003 through 2015, receiving two major facelifts during its production run. The second generation has been in production since 2015. This guide provides detailed fuse and relay diagrams, descriptions, and location photos for the first-generation Volkswagen Touran (chassis code 1T; PQ35 platform), with special emphasis on the cigarette lighter circuit.
Note: The first-generation Volkswagen Touran underwent two facelifts. Consequently, fuse and relay allocations may vary depending on the model year, engine variant, and vehicle equipment level.

Fuse Panel
The main fuse panel is located under the dashboard on the driver's side, behind the storage compartment.
Remove the storage cover to access the fuses.
