The engine compartment fuse box is located under the hood on the driver side, adjacent to the battery, underneath a protective cover.

| Fuse No. 27 (20 A) powers the front cigarette lighter / power point on the Ford Edge. High-current main power fuses (fusible links) are also mounted directly to the positive battery terminal. |
