The first-generation Tourneo Connect was produced from 2002 to 2013. From 2013 to the present, the second generation of the model has been in production. In this guide, you will find a description of the first-generation Ford Tourneo Connect (C170 platform; chassis code V227) fuse and relay boxes, including their locations, circuit diagrams, and photographs. The fuse protecting the “cigarette lighter” circuit is highlighted in bold.
This first-generation Ford Tourneo Connect features two primary fuse and relay boxes: one located in the engine compartment behind the air filter housing, and the second in the passenger compartment. Fuse and relay assignments may vary from those illustrated depending on the vehicle's year of manufacture and market specification.
In the passenger compartment
The passenger compartment fuse box is located under the instrument panel on the driver's side, behind a protective trim cover.

To access the fuses, release the retaining latch and side clamp, then remove the fuse box cover.
