Fuses and relays Mercedes S-class W220, 1998–2005

The fourth generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class debuted at the Paris Motor Show in 1998, styled by designer Steve Mattin. The model underwent a facelift in 2002. In this article, we provide a detailed overview of the fuse box diagrams and relay assignments for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W220; S280, S320, S350, S430, S500, S600, S55 AMG, S63 AMG, S65 AMG, S320 CDI, S400 CDI) produced for model years 1998 through 2005.

Below are the locations, photo guides, and circuit diagrams for the distribution boxes. Fuses for the “Cigarette Lighter” and “Fuel Pump” are highlighted in bold.
