Fuses and relays Mercedes S-Class W221 / С216, 2005–2009

In autumn 2005, the fifth-generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class was unveiled at the Frankfurt International Motor Show under the chassis code W221. The new S-Class was slightly wider, longer, and taller than its W220 predecessor, and introduced three powerful new engines with up to a 26% increase in power output. This article provides detailed fuse box diagrams and relay assignments for the Mercedes-Benz W221 / C216 (5th Gen S-Class / CL-Class: S350, S450, S500, S63 AMG, S65 AMG) covering model years 2005 through 2009.

Below you will find the locations, photos, and assignments for the fuse and relay distribution boxes. Fuses for the “Cigarette Lighter” and “Fuel Pump” are highlighted in bold.
