Fuses and relays Mitsubishi Montero (Pajero) Sport 1, 1996 - 2008

Pajero Sport is a mid-size SUV of the Japanese company Mitsubishi, debuted in 1996. It was built on the base of L200 pickup truck. In 2000, the model was restyled. In Japan it is sold under the name Challenger, in the U.S. market it is known as Montero Sport. In the engine compartment


Location of components.

Power fuse panel

Located near the plus terminal of the battery.


Description:

  • 1 - ABS 60A;
  • 2 - Fog lamps 20A;
  • 3 - Glow plugs 80A.

Primary fuse box


Located on the left side of the engine compartment, next to the battery.


Consists of a main unit and an auxiliary unit.

  • 2 - Air conditioner compressor 10A;
  • A - Spare;
  • B - A / C compressor relay;
  • C - Condenser electric fan relay.

Additional elements


Relay modules can also be installed on the right side of the engine compartment. Description:

  1. Horn relay;
  2. ABS relay.

In the passenger compartment


There are 2 blocks under the dashboard on the driver's side: the fuse box and the relay box.

  • R1 - turn signal relay;
  • R2 - Rear window and side mirror heater relay;
  • R3 - Heater fan motor relay (for L200)

Depending on the model year and equipment level, it is possible to locate individual auxiliary relays and other control units outside of the blocks shown, such as the fuel pump control unit.

Hello, my “distance/parking device/screen”which reacts on the sensors in the bumpers stopped working..also the sigarettelighter in the arm support..can’t find fuses for these..

The wiring under the dash is really full on and i have never delt with a harness with so many plugs and wires going every where. All i want to know really is where is the computer and can the wiring get mixed up when yoy take it all apart?
