Renault Vel Satis belongs to business class cars. A specially prepared version of Vel Satis is used even by the President of France. This series was produced in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
We provide information on where the fuse and relay blocks are located, a description of the blocks, their diagrams and the purpose of the elements. Note the cigarette lighter fuse.
In the engine compartment
The fuse block is located on the left side. It is covered with a protective cover.

In the passenger compartment
Main fuse box located on the left side at the end of the dashboard.
The fuse number 24 at 15A is responsible for the cigarette lighter.
On the passenger side, in the control panel behind the glove compartment, there is an additional unit.
There is another additional fuse board on the center console under the ashtray.
It protects the circuits of:
- car radio,
- diagnostic socket,
- tire pressure monitor ECU,
- navigation system ECU,
- seat memory ECU,
- the air conditioning ECU,
- combined display (clock / outside temperature / car radio),
- Central communication unit,
- alarm system
