Fuses and relays Toyota Funcargo (XP20; 1999–2007)

The Toyota FunCargo multi-purpose mini-MPV, based on the Toyota Vitz platform, debuted in 1999 as a compact yet versatile vehicle. It received a facelift three years later before being replaced by the Toyota Ractis in 2005. This article provides detailed fuse and relay box diagrams for the first-generation Toyota FunCargo (chassis code XP20; NBC platform) produced from 1999 to 2005.

Here you will find component locations, photos, and diagrams for the electrical distribution boxes. Fuses for the “Cigarette Lighter” and “Fuel Pump” circuits are highlighted in bold.

Engine Compartment

There are four fuse and relay boxes located here:

  1. Fusible link block (on the battery terminal);
  2. Auxiliary relay box;
  3. Main fuse and relay box;
  4. ABS control module box (depending on equipment).
