Most of the power supply circuits of the electrical equipment of the Japanese station wagon are protected by fuses. Powerful current consumers are connected via relays. Protective elements are installed in distribution boxes, which are located in the engine compartment and the passenger compartment.
The information on the diagrams is relevant for Toyota Raum (Z20) 2WD & 4WD models 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 with a 1NZ-FE engine (1.5 l).
In the passenger compartment
Location of components (dashboard). 1 - electronic immobilizer control unit, 2 - headlight range control unit (models from 08.2005), 3 - camera controller (models up to 12.2006), 4 - receiver for central locking remote control system, 5 - receiver for SMART KEY system, 6 - electronic unit of the SMART KEY system, 7 - anti-icing brush turnip (models up to 72.2006), 8 - electronic engine control unit, 9 - electronic control unit SRS, 10 - fog lamp relay (models from 12.2006), 11 - turnip defroster of brushes (models from 12.2006), 12 - fuse box under the instrument panel, 13 - connector (CAN no. 7) (models from 12.2006).
