Most electrical power circuits in this vehicle are protected by fuses. High-load electrical components are controlled via relays. Fuses and relays are housed in distribution boxes located in both the passenger compartment and the engine compartment.
This information applies to 2005–2011 Toyota Yaris / Vitz (chassis codes KSP90, SCP90, NCP90, NCP91, NCP92, NCP93, NCP95, ZSP90, NLP90; Toyota B platform) models equipped with 1KR-FE (1.0 L), 2SZ-FE (1.3 L), or 1NZ-FE (1.5 L) gasoline engines.
