The third-generation Toyota Yaris was introduced in the United States as a 2012 model. Compared to the outgoing version of the hatchback, the new product visually looks more mature. The car becomes sportier: the front part is sharply defined, the roof line is slightly lowered; the wheelbase is extended and widened for better road behavior, giving more space inside. The hatchback, as before, is available in three- and five-door versions. The new generation Yaris has a rigid body with an increased content of high-strength steels, offers an improved set of safety systems and more standard options. The American version of Toyota Yaris has one engine - 1.5-liter, with a capacity of 106 hp.
