The Volvo V50 made its debut in late 2003. It is a compact station wagon based on the second-generation S40 sedan, sharing the Ford C1 platform with the Ford Focus and Mazda3. This guide provides detailed fuse box diagrams and allocation maps for first-generation Volvo V50 models (chassis code MW / 545) manufactured from 2003 to 2012.
Below you will find the locations and photographs of the power distribution centers. Fuses for the “Cigarette Lighter” and “Fuel Pump” circuits are highlighted in bold.

Vehicles equipped with the Start/Stop system feature an auxiliary fuse box in the engine compartment. Mounted on the side of the battery tray, it contains high-current fusible links:
- 11M/1 – Power distribution box (125 A);
- 11M/2 – Battery Monitoring Sensor (BMS) (15 A).
